Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) is a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It works at the grassroots level to strengthen the poor through social mobilization and multiple interventions. SRSO is also a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to transact the business of Micro Financing. SRSO invites applications from energetic, well qualified and experienced individuals for following Sukkur (Head Office) based positions:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Criteria: •
Professional Qualification & Experience: (CA-5 Years, ACMAIACCA-7 Years, MBA/MS Finance-10 Years) hands-on relevant experience of internal control, financial reporting, and team building. • Having experience of NBFC and Microfinance will be an advantage. • Age Maximum: 50 years (relaxable in special cases). • Proficiency in MS Office, Good communication skills, Knowledge of financial management software, Knowledge of the audit process, fluency in written and spoken English.
General Manager IMSD (Institute of Management & Skill Development)
Criteria: •
Professional Qualification: MBA1MPAIMA or related degree. • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of organizational development, 3 years management level, conducting training programs, human resource development, enterprise, and institutional development. • Age Maximum: 50 years (relaxable in special cases). • Proficiency in MS Office. • Good communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English. • Willing to work at different sites in Sindh, share the vision to work with rural poor for poverty eradication, ability to connect the skilled poor with markets nationally and internationally, Possesses in depth understanding of contemporary skills required for rural and urban job market including non-conventional skills and digital application of conventional skills.
Assistant Manager Compliance (Anti Money Laundering/Combating Financing of Terrorism)
Criteria: •
Professional Qualification: Part qualified CMAICA/ACCA1 and LLB or other related certification. • Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in regulatory compliance of a commercial or Micro Finance Bank. • Age Maximum: 40 years (relaxable in special cases). • Proficiency in MS Office. • Good communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English. • Willing to work at different sites in Sindh, share the vision to work with rural poor for poverty eradication, ability to connect the skilled poor with markets nationally and internationally.
