HEAD OF LABORATORY
PURPOSE: The Head of Laboratory will supervise all the section of Laboratory and plays a vibrant role in the overall operations of the Laboratory. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the lab which includes instruments/equipment, users of the lab, supplies needed, staff training to ensure smooth running of the all section of Laboratory. The incumbent will also closely monitor the PRC testing of COVID-19 and its requirement and liaison with the Management accordingly. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION : ? The Ideal incumbent should be FCPS Microbiology / Biochemistry or equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : ? 07 years Post fellowship experience out of which 03 years as Managerial capacity.
