Terms and Conditions
1. Dully filled applications along with two recent passport size
photographs, attested copies of all educational degrees, experience
certificates, CNIC and Local/Domicile should be reached in the HR
Section of Registrar Office on or before 28th February, 2020.
2. Applications must be submitted along with all necessary documents on
the prescribed “Application Form” available at University Website:
www.luawms.edu.pk with a processing fee (non-refundable) in
shape of Bank Draft/Pay order of Rs.2000/- for serial No. 1-2
and Rs. 500/- for serial No. 3 in favor of Registrar LUAWMS Uthal.
3. Candidates having only Balochistan local/domiciles are eligible to
apply for administrative positions.
4. Incomplete or after due date applications shall not be entertained.
5. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
6. Candidates who are already in service may apply through proper
channel and submit NOC otherwise the applications will not be
entertained and they are responsible for getting relieved properly from
their parent departments.
7. Candidate applying for more than one post should submit separate
application complete in all respect with necessary documents.
8. The University reserves the right to change number of posts, cancel or
withhold the appointment against advertised posts, accept/reject any
application without assigning any reason, not to fill any post, partly or
as a whole.
9. Hiding facts and providing any false/forged documents or information
or any discrepancy found at any stage of selection process or after
selection, as result the candidate will be disqualified or terminated.
10. Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidates.
11. Maximum age limit shall be counted till the closing date of this
advertisement.
12. General relaxation in upper age limit given by Government of
Balochistan shall be followed as per policy.
13. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview and no TA/
DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview. .
14. The bench mark for qualifying written test shall be obtaining
50% marks of the paper.
15. Obtaining highest mark in written test does not confer the right of
selection; however the final selection of the candidates shall be decided
by the Selection Committee after technical test, presentation and
interview.
16. Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
