As a part of organizational transformation and to strengthen human resource base, HBFC is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals for the following contractual positions:
Branch Managers (Sanghar, Gwadar, Muzaffargarh, Vehari, Bannu & Chitral)
Responsibilities: • Manage overall operational activities of branch including sales, operations, customer service and recovery. • Ensure that goals and deadlines are met in compliance with Company's policies and procedures. • Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. • Ensure implementation of Company policies to boost up business and expedite recovery. • Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training. coaching, development and motivation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Master's/ Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in the field of Business Administration / Public Administration / Finance / Marketing or relevant field from HEC recognized institutions. Age: Maximum 40 years as of last date of submission of application. Experience: Minimum 06 years relevant experience in financial institutions. Competencies: • Ability to multitask, prioritize and time management • Eager to expand business with new accounts and clients_ • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheet and financial reports. • Advance knowledge of banking and financial best practices, laws and SBP's regulations. • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills. Note: Eligibility criteria may be relaxed in case the candidate possesses exceptional qualification / experience.

Compensation

Market based compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to the selected candidates.
