No Positions No. Qualifications / Experience TEACHING FACULTY Professor BPS-21 04 One each in English, Computer Science, Botany/ Plant Science, Education. Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution in the relevant field. 15 years teaching / research in an HEC-recognized university or a Postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field, in a National or International organization. Minimum Number of Publications The applicants must have 15 research publications, with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals. 2 Associate 04 One each in English, Computer Science, Botany/ Plant Science, Professor Education. BPS-20 Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution in the relevant field. 10 years teaching / research in an HEC-recognized university, or a Postgraduate institute or professional experience, in the relevant field, in a National or International organization. Publications: 10 publications (with at least 4-publications in the last five years), by initial recruitment. 3 Assistant 04 One each in English, Computer Science, Botany/ Plant Science, Professor Education, Management Science, BPS-19 Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in the relevant field from HEC -recognized university/ institution. Lecturer 16 Four each in English, Computer Science, Botany/ Plant Science, BPS-18 Education. Qualification and Experience : Master of Philosophy OR equivalent degree, awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university / institution. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF 5 Assistant 01 MBA (Finance), M. Corn/ ACMA or Postgraduate qualification in Treasurer relevant subject; preferably in 1st class from an HEC-recognized BPS-17 university, with 3 years' experience of Accounts work in a post equivalent to BPS-16 in a University / Government Department / Autonomous Organization. Preference will be given to the candidates, having command on Accounts-related softwares. Assistant 01 MBA /MPA or Postgraduate, preferably in 1st class or equivalent Registrar qualifications, from a recognized university, with 3 years ? BPS-17 administrative experience on a post, equivalent to BPS-16, in a University / College / Government Department / Autonomous Organization. Preference will be given to the candidates, having Computer skills. N-- 1•Ii Assistant 01 MBA or MPA or Postgraduate, preferably in 1st class or equivalent Controller qualification, from HEC-recognized university, with 3 years relevant (Examinations) experience on a post, equivalent to BPS-16, in University / College / BPS-17 Government Department / Autonomous Organization. Computer Skills, specially on security software. SUPPORTING STAFF 8 Assistant 02 Bachelor's Degree (at least Second division), from a recognized (BPS-15) university with typing speed 30 words, per minute. Preference will be given to the candidates, having Computer skills i.e. MS word, MS Excel, MS Power point etc are essential. 9 Assistant 01 BSCS (4 years), BS IT (4 years), BS SE (4 years), MCS, M.Sc IT or System Engineer/Netw equivalent qualification from HEC-accredited institution/university, with minimum 1-year experience of System Administration ork Engineer experience in a versatile environment. MCITP certified with a strong BPS-16 knowledge of managing / designing active Directory infrastructure will be preferred. Must have strong Knowledge of Virtualization /Cloud Computing/ Clustering and SAN/NAS deployment Experience. Should be able to administrate SQL databases, MS TMG, SharePoint MS- Exchange and core services. 10 Computer 02 BSCS, BS IT, BS SE, MCS, M.Sc. IT or equivalent qualification from Operator HEC-accredited institution/university or Graduate Degree, with 1-year BPS-11 Diploma in IV Computer Science, from a recognized institution. 11 Office Secretary 01 Intermediate (at least 2nd Division), with typing speed of 30 words, BPS-11 per minute. Should have knowledge of basic computer skills. 12 Junior Clerk 02 Intermediate (at least Second Division), with typing speed of 30 BPS-11 words, per minute. Should have knowledge of basic computer skills. 13 Driver BPS-5 03 Should be able to read and write. Should have license of Driving heavy vehicles, with at least three years' driving experience. 14 Naih OW B-2/ 03 Should be at least Middle pass. Attendant B-2 Candidates, having experience of such works will be given preference. 15 Security Guard 02 At least Middle Pass, with minimum three years experience of BPS-2 relevant field. 16 Mali BPS-2 01 At least Middle Pass, with minimum three years experience of relevant field. 17 Sweeper 02 Should be able to read and write. Must have knowledge and BPS-2 experience of janitorial work. Other Requirements/ Information: i. Maximum age limit is 35 years. ii. Interested individuals, who meet the criteria, can obtain application form, from the Registrar Office, Main Campus, University of Turbat or download it from www.uot.edu.pk. A Bank draft of Rs. 3000/- for BPS-19 and above, 1500/- for BPS-16 and above, Rs.1000/- for BPS-6-15 and Rs. 500/- for BPS-1-5, as Processing fee in favor of the UoT, Panjgur campus must be accompanied with application form. iii. candidates are required to attach CV, four latest passport size photographs and two copies of CNIC, all educational certificates/degrees, experience certificate, local/domicile certificate, with the application form. iv. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the interview/written test. v. Canvassing in any manner or form will disqualify the candidates. vi. The right to fill any position or increase/ decrease the number of positions/cancel any or all of positions, is reserved with the University Management. vii. These posts are not transferable to other campus; whereas for the posts from Serial No. 8 to 17, preference will be given to those candidates, having local/domicile of Panjgur District. viii. The UoT may conduct a written test itself or through a third party to shortlist the candidates, for the post in BPS-05 and above. ix. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview x. Incomplete applications or those received after due date or not fulfilling the minimum criteria would not be entertained in any case. The last date for the receipt of applications in the office of Registrar, UoT, Turbat is 20th December, 2019 after which no application can be accepted.
