"SNGPL intends to hire the services of a reputed HR Consultant firm to advertise and head hunt for Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of SNGPL . The position of Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer shall be contractual and the terms of contract shall be subject to approval by the Board of Directors which will have the sole discretion to assess the suitability of one of the short listed candidates and the decision of the Board shall be final. The Bids against this tender enquiry are invited on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Interested parties will be required to submit separately the "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and the "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" in sealed envelopes. The tender shall close at 1130 hours on 16.07.2019. The Technical Proposals will be opened in public at 1200 hours on the same day at the following address:

Financial Proposals of the technically accepted bidders will be opened at a later stage in the presence of the parties or their duly authorized representatives. The bid evaluation criteria and tender documents can be obtained during office hours on any working day till 16.07.2019 before 1100 hours from the Company Secretary at the address given above.
