CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR
We are looking to hire Chief Internal Auditor on contract basis for a period of Two (02) years. The Maximum age for the said position shall be 50 years as on 30th September. 1019. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Lead the Internal Audit Division and supervise implementation of Audit strategy in line with the regulatory, Board Audit Committee requirements, and best industry practices. ? Provide reasonable assurance to the Board Audit Committee bycarrying out an independent review of the company's risk management, control and governance systems and processes ? Ensure creation of a high level of engagement to drive a motivated and high performing work environment ? Develop and oversee the implementation of dynamic annual risk based audit plan for the organization. ? Ensure the development, implementation and effective maintenance of audit charter in order to provide direction for all audit actMtles across PIACt. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: ? Minimum 1S yews ol relevant audit experience, preferably with exposure to the airline industry and minimum 04 years of experience with one of the major audit firms. ? Relevant professional qualification CA. OA or Master's Degree in finance. SKILLS: ? Strong analytical and interpersonal skills ?
