Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Manager (Material Management) Room # 237, WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad Hyderabad after payment of Rs.3000/- per tender (non refundable) upto a day before tender opening date. No tender form will be issued on the date of opening of tenders. 2. The tenders will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend on above mentioned date and time in the office of Manager (Material Management) Room # 237, WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad Hyderabad. 3. The tender shall remain open for acceptance for 150-days from the tender opening date and must accompany Bid Guarantee / CDR not less than 2% (for Registered / Pre-qualified firms) and 5% (for Un-registered / Non Pre-qualified firms) of the quoted bid price, valid for 180-days issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan on specified Proforma. 4. Sales Tax Registration is mandatory for issuance of tender documents. 5. Conditional tender or tender without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. 6. HESCO reserves all its rights regarding rejection of tenders as defined in Clause-33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. 7.
