Service Matters / Tax Expert
Sindh TEVTA is looking for Legal Advisors on retainer-ship basis for initially period of 06 months (extendable) to defend the STEVTA in Court, Legal & Judicial Matters which include but not limited to: • Employees service matters, tax matters & terminal benefits.
• Legal advices on rules, regulations & policies framing / implementation etc. • Prevent interest of the authority on account of conflict of interest / procurement / property / assets dispute resolutions / contracts, regulatory and government matters.
Interested candidates having experience in Supreme Court, High Court, Service Tribunal, Ombudsman and lower courts cases may submit their CVs along with profile / success history latest by 31st May, 2019, Competitive retainer-ship package (negotiable) will be offered.
