Ability to work with donor funded program. Have at least 5 years of proven experience of audit of public procurement in SPP Rules and Assignment Account Audit. Market-based emoluments commensurate with experience and qualifications 2 AssistantInternal Auditor 1 /Karachi Part Qualified CA/ACCA/ MBA-Finance or Equivalent Five years post qualification experience in Internal Audit preferably in the development sector. Have at least 3 years of proven experience of audit of public procurement in SPP Rules and Assignment Account Audit. Market-based emoluments commensurate with experience and qualifications 3 Manager Construction, Design and Contracting 1/Karachi ME/BE, Civil Engineering or equivalent ME Minimum 8 years/BE minimum 10 years' experience in construction work in construction design / Contract Management / Project Management of civil engineering work, at least 5 years of proven experience of FIDIC & . SPPRA Must have capability to execute construction work independently. At least 5 years' experience for working with public sector organization. Market-based emoluments commensurate with experience and qualifications 4 Senior Procurement Specialist 1/Karachi Master Degree in Social Sciences or MBA - Supply Chain Ten years relevant experience in procurement manage- meat and, administration. At least 5 years knowledge & experience of Sindh Public Procurement Policies and Procedure & Documentation of SPPRA, FIDIC etc. is required. Market-based emoluments commensurate with experience and qualifications 5 Procurement Officer 1/Karachi Masters in Social Science or BBA Minimum six years of experience in Procurement Management, Implementation and Administration, Knowledge of Public Procurement Policies and Procedures of the Government of Sindh is preferred along with experience of donor's funded development projects. Market-based emoluments commensurate with experience and qualifications 6 Construction, Design and Supervision Officer 1/Sukkur BSC/BE Civil Engineering/ or Equivalent Minimum 5 years' of experience in construction, design and supervision of structural works including that in Projects & SPPRA & FIDIC experience. Market-based emoluments commensurate with experience and qualifications r-- Monitoring and Evaluation Officer 1 Sukkur Masters' in Social Science/ MBA/MPA or relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of Donor Funded projects.
