SEZMC Vacancy Announcement (Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Manager ,Deputy Project Manager)

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) has been established by Government of Sindh with an aim to facilitate and support the industrial development in the province. SEZMC seeks applications from dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions:
1. Chief Financial Officer
Eligibility Criteria: • A member of recognized body of professional accountants. • Minimum 10 years of professional experience of which 05 years at senior position at large commercial/Public Sector Organization. • Well versed with IFRS, Company law. taxation and Corporate Governance Framework. • Well versed with Strategic financial management, budgeting, forecasting & financial plans, COSO Framework and ERR • Experience in general financial Reports, handling bank affairs, treasury management and audit compliance & control and secretarial practices. • Strong analytical & negotiation skills and Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions in complex environment. • Strong team player with ability to maintain collaborative working relationships. • Strong leadership qualities with ability to lead. motivate and coach team members. • Professional Individual with strong business ethics and personal integrity. • Age upto 45 years
2. Chief Technical Officer

Eligibility Criteria: • Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical) and Master's degree in relevant field from foreign/local University recognized by the HEC. MBA will be an added advantage. • Registered as Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). • Additional qualification in project management is must e.g. PMP or Six Sigma certification. • Must be well versed with Project Management Software (Primavera, MS Project etc). • Minimum 12 years working experience in the construction industry specialized in infrastructure development in public and private sector projects out of which 6 years. experience in Contract and Procurement Management under PPRA/SPPRA guidelines. • Knowledge of Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework. Project Management and experience of foreign funded projects will be considered as additional advantage. • Age upto 45 years 3. Chief Legal Officer • LLB with corporate sector practice. LLM will be preferred. • Minimum 10 years working experience in corporate law in public & private sector. • Proven track record of law practice, arbitration, strategic planning and enactment for infrastructure development
projects in public and private sector under PPRA/SPPRA & other legal aspects. • Knowledge of Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework, Project Management and experience of foreign funded projects will be an additional advantage. • Age upto 45 years.

Manager (Projects) Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical) and MBA from Foreign/local University recognized by the HEC. Minimum 10 years working experience in senior level position specialized in infrastructure development in public and private sector projects. Additional qualification in project management is must e.g. PMP or Six Sigma certification. Must be well versed with Project Management Software (Primavera, MS Project etc). Familiar with Contract and Procurement Management under PPRA/SPPRA guidelines. Knowledge of Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework, Project Management and experience of foreign funded projects will be considered as additional advantage. Age upto 45 years. DEPUTY MANAGER — (CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENTS) Four Years Bachelor& Degree in Engineering (Civil I Electrical I Mechanical). Business Administration, law or supply chain management from an HEC recognized university. preference will be given to an engineering degree holder. Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in contracting and procurement of goods, works & services. Proven track record of public sector tendering/contracting principles and practices (Contract and Procurement Management under PPRA/SPPRA guidelines. The Knowledge of Public Private Partnership framework and foreign funded programs will be an added advantage. Experience in developing request for quotations, request for proposals, tenders and contracts. Having well-developed planning and organizational skills to manage & execute multiple contracts in short timeframes. To develop and process complex technical, legal documents, reports, papers and recommendations. Having knowledge of Standard Procurement documents of engineering firms like PEC and FIDIC with special grip on legal sides. Strong skills to analyze local and international supply markets, tailoring of tender approaches, assessment and recommendation of viable procurement solutions. Age upto 40 years.
