Population Welfare Department, Sindh invites applications from suitable candidates having domicile of Sindh for following contractual posts on fixed package under Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for reduction on stunting and malnutrition in Sindh:

Women Medical Officer (for District Tharparkar only) 07 -Tharparkar -Umerkot -Mirpurkhas (preference will be given to candidate domiciled of Tharparkar -MBBS, Degree, from a recognized University, or equiv- alent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council. -One year's house job in gynecology! Obstetrics and medicine/preferably in surgery. -Must be registered with Pakistan Medi-cal & Dental Council. 120,000 24-35 2-3 years. Will- ing to work in remote areas and must be resident in district • To provide Family Planning service at RHS-A-Centre. • To conduct Family Health Day (FHD) in district Tharparkar. • To provide mother & child health services. • To maintain daily, weekly and monthly record of clients. 02. Post Pregnancy/ Partum Family Planning Counselor 174 (06 in each district) Sindh Province , FWW (completed 24 months basic training course from Regional Training Institutes 20,000 18-35 1-2 years of experience in relevant field out, preference will be given to candidates who worked in same setting in public /private • The candidate (female) can apply in their domiciled district only. • She should be willing to work in shifts at high case load deliveries hospitals/MCH centers of department of Health. • She should be responsible to register, motivate and counsel the antenatal/postnatal clients to adopt family planning /birth spacing. • She should be responsible to refer the counseled clients at health facilities of population welfare department and Health. • She should be responsible to consolidate daily, weekly and monthly reports of all PPFP users on Excel (computer literate) and send at PHQ office.
