Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) has been established by the Government of the Punjab to achieve orderly, planned and rapid industrialization through the development of world class industrial estates. Over the years FIEDMC has emerged as Pakistan Premier Industrial Estate Development & Management Company handling Pakistan's largest and first industrial estate namely M-3 Industrial City (Special Economic Zone) located at Sahianwala interchange. FIEDMC requests applications of Law Firms and/or Advocates for appointment of legal advisor with the requisite qualifications of minimum Masters in Law (LLM) and/or Bar-at-Law, having experience of minimum of 15 years fora law firm (having 5 Advocates in a Law Firm, with at-least one Supreme Court Advocate) and/or 10 years for an Advocate of Supreme Court. The legal advisor shall appear in all type of legal proceedings before any judicial forum and provide legal opinions on all legal affairs from time to time. The interested Law Firms and/or Advocates should submit their applications within 15 days from the date of publication to Chairman/CEO, FIEDMC. The appointment shall be made in compliance of the Law and Parliamentary Affairs instructions vide letter baring Ref No. No Gen:2-1/200811941. The FIEDMC shall pay a sum of Rs. 100,000/- per month upon the services of legal advisory including of all applicable taxes, expenditures and miscellaneous expenses (travelling, filling of Court Caw etc). Documents submitted after the last date shall be returned unopened without consideration. Application should be reached at below mentioned address within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason thereof.
