Procurement and Contract Management Specialist - (One Position) An advanced degree in (engineering, business. law etc.), preferably in engineering from an HEC recognized university • 10 years hands-on experience in procurement of goods, works & services of consultants. Experience of donor-funded projects shall be given an important advantage • Strong experience of contract management, particularly contracts of consultancy services • High familiarity with public sector tendering/contracting principles and practices • Having knowledge of Standard Procurement documents engineering firms like PLC (Pakistan Engineering Council) and FIDIC with special grip on legal sides. • Experience in developing request for quotations, tenders and contracts to meet client needs within allocated budgets • Strong analytical skills to analysis local and international supply markets, tailoring of tender approaches, and assessment of viable procurement solutions • Having well-developed planning and organization skills to manage & execute multiple contracts in short timeframes • Excellent written and oral communication skills. in both English and Urdu, to develop and process complex technical documents, reports, papers and recommendations • Experience in building productive internal and external relationships and working productively in a team environment. Senior Automation Specialist (One position) 4 year degree in BE Software Engineering or BS Computer Science or BS Computers & Electronics preference will be given to MS/MPhil in Software Engineering or Computer Science from reputed F-IEC recognized university • At least 10 years hands-on relevant experience. • Having strong technical expertise combined with business acumen and strong track record for similar works. • Demonstrated knowledge of standard WAN based IT infrastructure, IT systems, Operating systems. IT security applications. IT disaster management and IT related services with proven working experience. • Having strong understanding of agile software development methodology; background in object-oriented design and analysis. Having strong knowledge of Information Security standards and frameworks • Having strong knowledge of Business Process Mapping, Re-Engineering of processes. • Expertise in development of Softwares / Systems implementation Terms of Reference. • Experience of working with government organizations and World Bank funded projects will be preferred. • Working knowledge of business regulatory agencies in Sindh. In-depth knowledge of private and public IT procurement procedures. • Expertise in leading and coordinating technical evaluation teams / committees. • Expertise in internal and inter-department communication and approval procedures. Legal Specialist (LS) (One Position) Master's degree in law • At least seven years relevant experience of drafting investor friendly/business laws and providing legal opinions. • Experienced in the drafting and negotiating complex agreements. • A demonstrated ability to work within teams and to adhere to tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. • Well-developed communication, writing and presentation skills in English Communication Specialist (One Position) Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication/Journalism or in relevant field from a reputed HEC recognized university. • Five to seven years relevant experience of managing communication activities. • Demonstrated ability to develop and rollout successful communication campaigns for multiple stakeholders. • Should be systematic, organised. and detail-oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment and meet tight deadlines with professionalism. • Excellent communication and networking skills. • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team Deputy Finance Manager (One Position) ACA, ALMA. ACCA, MBA (Finance). Masters in Accounting and Finance, or MS Finance, M.Com • At least 5 years relevant post-qualification experience specially in financial management. • Experience of working with government departments/agencies. Auditor General of Pakistan Office.
