Our client, the oil market leader and largest company in Pakistan in terms of turnover, seeks to hire an accomplished security services professional for a managerial role in the company.
Manager – Vigilance & Security Services
A retired military professional is required to ensure implementation of security strategies of the company and maintain security and vigilance at assigned area of responsibility to safeguard company's interests. Liaise with local, provincial and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies. Investigate matters pertaining to theft, malpractices and/or other security breaches. Incumbent will be required to foster cordial relations with key stakeholders and counterparts and provide input and advice regarding security related matters. Qualification, Age and Experience: The ideal candidate must hold a Master's Degree i.e. minimum 16 years of education, from a renowned local or foreign institution duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The incumbent must possess minimum 16 years' service and experience in command of establishments/coordination/liaison with civil law enforcement forces at higher levels. Preference will be given to Staff Course/Intelligence Staff Course qualified officers. Retired Lieutenant Colonel/Major who are maximum 46 years of age on the date of advertisement are eligible to apply.

• When a Company, a prospective Client, approaches us for an executive search assignment, we aspire to gain detailed information in regard to its establishment, its operations, its products, and overview of its requirement of the position, to be assigned.
• Immediately, upon receiving inquiry, a consultant is assigned as the Account Manager for the Company. He/She approaches the company’s HR/Management for a visit to Client’s Offices for meeting with them and the line management to discuss & fully understand the position in hand as well as to assess the most important factor of executive search “the environment/culture of the company”.
• Simultaneously, we seek a JD of the position from the Company. If no JD is available, our Consultant assists in developing one in consultation with the Company’s HR & Line Management.
• Incase, the company & ENI decides to move forward with each other, a MOU is subsequently signed with mutually agreed “executive search fee rates” and “terms & conditions”.
• Once the position is assigned formally and JD has been finalized, we move expeditiously on the search - we hold internal discussions to classify companies to be targeted, search & identify “Who's Who" at similar position with the target companies, refer to our database for other individuals meeting the position criteria, …and develop a short-list.
• Our ‘Due Diligence’ process starts here. For the shortlisted candidates, we take references from the market in terms of integrity, attitude, and professional reputation especially in regard to successful delivery of the portfolio, at hand.
• We hold Panel or One-to-One, Face-to-Face, interviews/meetings with these candidates; evaluate their professional skill, grooming, potential, attitude, communication skills to assess them for the assigned position at hand. This allows us to come to final shortlist for submittal to the Client.
• After due submittal to Client, the assigned consultant assists/facilitates due arrangement of the introductory interviews.
• After due selection by the client, if requested by them, we assist in negotiation of the remuneration package. If requested for, we do provide consultation/advise on external/market equity for the position, at hand.
• We stay close & work with the Client till the finalized candidate has accepted the Appointment and joined the organization. We do keep contact with both even after the joining to ward off any ‘joining hitches’.
• We invoice only after the Appointed Individual has joined the Client’s Organization.

• As part of its strict ethical standards, ENI shall never approach a candidate, once placed at the Client, for any other position, at any time after the placement.
An individual placed by us can only approach us after serving Our Client for minimum two(2) years. We shall not approach him ourselves, ever.
• ENI observes a strict “Hands-off” Policy: We would never call inside our Client’s organization to poach its people.
However, if an employee of our Client approaches us on his own, who has decided to place himself on the market for better prospects, we reserve the right to entertain him.
• ENI carries out executive search/headhunting for its Clients, as per the best international standards & practices. It endeavors to carry out proper due diligence in respect to skill fit, corporate cultural/environment fit, market reputation, integrity, reference checks etc. before referring candidates to our Client.
• We advise our Clients on latest prevailing salary & remuneration ranges and suggest reasonable hiring premium as to create a Win-Win situation between them and the selected candidate. We shall never oversell a candidate to our Client.
• In the event, a candidate placed at the Client resigns from his position, on his own, within ninety(90) days of employment, ENI would make available to the Client a suitable replacement at no extra cost or adjust the charges against future executive search fees.
This shall not apply to the situation where the placed candidate is made redundant or laid-off by the Client, on its own, due to any internal restructuring or downsizing.
• WE OBSERVE STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY: We shall never forward your CV to our Clients or any other party, without your prior consent i.e. your CV shall not leave our offices without your concurrence.
• To ensure confidentiality of the individuals whose CVs we have forwarded to Clients, after their due consent, we take an undertaking from our Clients, that they shall not forward these CVs to any third party whatsoever, without prior consent of ENI. ENI shall not provide this consent without receiving consent from the candidates.
• We advise the Candidates on latest prevailing salary & remuneration ranges and suggest reasonable premium as to create a Win-Win situation between them and the Client. We shall never undersell an individual.
