Company Secretary Position: 01

Reporting to the Board of Directors of TransPeshawar, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are followed, and that all applcable laws, lures and regbrausn and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with.

Qualification: The ideal candidate would be a (a) Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or (b) Member of a recognized body 01 corporate or chartered secretaries: or (c) Person haring a Master Degree in Busness Administration or Commerce or being a Law graduate from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission nigh at least five years' relevant experience. Experience: For category (aaib). a minimum of 2 years OlOost-cluablicahon experienced required.

Business Development Specialist Position: 01

The Business Development Specianst wit be responsible to explore business development opportunities in industry and market: overall stakeholders relationship management. property management, real-estate affairs, leasing out advertisement spaces. developing attractive sponsorship packages for renting advertising spaces at 8RT amenities and to keep Jason between Public bodies and TransPeshawar.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Admnistrabon. Business Management. Accounting. Finance. marketng. urban planning. Engineenng and other related finds of study from a recognized unwerscy. Prelerable: Master's Degree in Business Admnstrabon. Business Management. Accounting, Finance. marketing. urban planning. Engineenng and other related fields of study from a recognized unwersitywil be considered an added advantage. Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience. 02 years of experience in renting and management of commercial :parking spaces and' or advertisement wit be considered an advantage. Relevant international work experience will be considered an added advantage.

Facilities Officer Position: 01

The Facilities Outer wit be responsible for assisting TransPeshawar in the daily management of facilities at Station, Corridor and Depot. This also includes recording of Contract Violations bySenice Prooders and other components of the Declared Progct in accordance will the requirements of the Company's obligations.

Qualification: Minnium Bachelors Degree in CM Engineering. Mechanical Engineering. Telecom Engineering. Indushial Engineering or related field Noma recognized unwersey Preferable: Master's Degree in Cml Engineering. Mechanical Engineering. Telecom Engineering. Industrial Engineering or related field from a recognized university Experience: At least 3 years post-Quablication experience. Experience n fieldwork supennion coil bean added advantage.
