Provincial Branch is candidates against the following vacant positions gct basis; a.
HR Officer x 01 (P awar sed) Essential Requirements
1. Minimum Qualification: BBA (Hons)/ MBA in HRM (16 years of Education)
2. Preferred age limit: 30-45 years 3. Five years experience in Human Resource Management with reputable National & International Humanitarian Organizations. 4. Exceptional Reporting & Communication Skills in Urdu and English.
5. Experience in using computer for Reporting, Data Management & HR Database etc. 6. Willing to travel PRCS Project Areas & District Branches
7. Monthly Salary: PKR. 55,000 to 60,000 (commensurate with experience) b.
District Secretary x 02 (One each for Chitral and Mansehra) Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Master Degree in Social / Management Sciences (preferably Disaster Management)
2. Preferred age limit: 30-45 years 3. Preferably 4-5 years' experience in Resource mobilization/Fundraising, Proposal writing and Project Management, Technical & vocational trainings services, Partnership building,
Program Integration, Office Administration & HRM, Security Risk Management and M&E. 4. Exceptional Reporting, Coordination & Communication Skills in Urdu and English. 5. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc)
6. Monthly Salary: PKR. 55,000 to 60,000 (commensurate with experience)
