1. Group Head, Corporate Banking & SME (Islamabad Based)
Reporting To: Managing Director
General Responsibility
The main responsibility will be to build and manage profitable & healthy Corporate Finance & SME Portfolio as per approved business plan through marketing and relationship building with other Financial Institutions. Will review & structure the Credit Proposals and make initial assessment/decision, while ensuring capitalization on available business opportunities and to minimize non-Performing Advances/Investments by taking timely measures.
Qualification and Experience
• MBA / MPA / ACMA/ CA / CFA
• Minimum 10 years experience related to Corporate Finance Investment Banking / Commercial Banking in a reputable Bank/DFI. This should include minimum 3 years at a senior position.
2. Relationship Manager Corporate Banking (Islamabad & Karachi Based)
Reporting To: Divisional Head - Corporate Banking (North/South)
General Responsibility
Managing the relevant existing assigned corporate accounts and market the corporate finance transaction by introducing new clients. Will be responsible to handle all types of debt & investment transactions (funded/un-funded, structured finance, TFC etc.) and liaison with legal consultants /Credit Administration for preparation /perfection of legal documentation.
Qualification and Experience
• MBA/ MPA / ACMA / CFA.
• One to three years of experience in relevant field.
3. Analyst Investment Banking (Islamabad Based)
Reporting To: Divisional Head - Investment Banking Group
General Responsibility:
The Analyst will be expected to manage relationship with clients including liaising for all related corporate matters, gathering and assessing data required for decision making for any of the divisions of the Investment Banking Group, managing and following the disbursement process and recommending exit strategy upon investment, where applicable. Handling of day to day tasks of the group are also part of the responsibility.
Qualification and Experience
• Degree in Finance / International Business/ Business Administration from a reputable Pakistani or Foreign University.
• In addition to a Business Degree, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)/ Chartered Accountant certification may be preferred.
• Fresh to 3 years or above experience in an Investment Banking/ Advisory
4. Sr. Manager Market & Operational Risk (Islamabad & Karachi Based)
Reporting To: Divisional Head-Risk Management Group
General Responsibility:
Responsible for Market, Liquidity and Operational Risk activities in the organization. Will be responsible for implementation of Operational Risk Framework as well as Management & Implementation of Market & Liquidity Risk Policy. Review of procedure & processes of New Products being introduced with regard to operational risk identification & assessment. Preparation of Reports / Presentations for ALCO, RRC, BRMC pertaining to Market, Liquidity & Operational Risk. Knowledge of Gap Analysis, IRAF, ICAAP & Transfer Pricing mechanism for Treasury & other business units will be preferred.
Qualification and Experience
• Should have Master’s degree in Finance/ Economics / ACMA / CFA /ACCA.
• With 6-8 years relevant experience.
5. Assistant Manager/Manager Operational Risk (Islamabad Based)
Reporting To: Sr. Manager Market & Operational Risk
General Responsibility:
Responsible for Operational Risk activities in the organization with periodic reporting of KRIs, RCSAs & Loss Data in line with the regulatory requirement for operational risk. Will be responsible for Operational Risk data collection and implementation of BCP Policy across the organization.
Qualification and Experience
• Master’s degree in Finance/ Economics / ACMA / CFA /ACCA.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
6. Assistant Manager/Manager ICFR ((Islamabad Based)
Reporting To: Head Internal Audit
General Responsibility:
Responsible for scoping and mapping for annual internal control evaluation. Design, development and recommendation of new business processes and internal project plan to ensure ICFR documentation. Identification and report gaps and required control enhancement along with recommended action plans.
Qualification and Experience
• Master’s degree in Finance/ Economics / Commerce/ CA Finalist
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
