General Instructions:
i,. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
ii. Application on the prescribed format shall reach the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement at "Personnel-II Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad", along-with a copy of the CNIC, valid driving license and domicile. Applications, incomplete or received after the expiry date, will not be entertained.
Please do not attach any other document with the application form. Applicants already in Government service may apply through proper channel and will be required to produce NOC at time of interview.
iv. A candidate may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application form for each post. v. All the Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post(s) shall be entitled to an upper age relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit given above as per Establishment Divisions* SRO 586(1)/99, dated 18-05-1999, and F.9/2/91-R.5, dated 28-11-2000. This relaxation shall be over and above any other relaxation in age limit, if admissible under the rules.
vi. Applicant shortlisted for an interview shall present his/her original documents. vii. Information provided in the application form will be verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In case of any false or forged information/fake or bogus documents, Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after employment, if so discovered later) and will initiate a legal action against the applicant.
viii. Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole at any stage withoutassigning any reason.
ix. Female candidates, minority candidates and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
x. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
