PARCO COASTAL REFINERY LIMITED PCRL JOBS OPPORTUNITY
PARCO COASTAL REFINERY LIMITED PCRL PARCO Coastal Refinery Limited (PCRL) has embarked on setting up a new oil refinery of 250,000 BPD capacity at Khalifa Point, near the coastal city of Karachi, Pakistan. PCRL is seeking applications for the following positions:

LEAD/SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEERS
Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a PEC accredited university, preferably with a Master's degree. Proficiency is required in handling Basic Engineering Design (BEDP) with licensor units, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of grassroot crude oil refinery, with secondary processing units and processing plants. Experience: Fifteen to twenty years of relevant experience in Refinery Process Engineering Design, Petrochemicals, Commissioning, Startups and Operations. Must have working experience with multinational, petrochemicals, oil & gas client/contractor companies on international and/or Pakistan based projects. Responsibilities: The candidate will be required to develop and implement licensing strategies, provide guidance for project design, including Basic Engineering, FEED, Detailed Engineering, coordination with PMC and engineering contractors, etc. Should have good knowledge and experience of HYSYS or other equivalent process simulation softwares and must be able to implement HSE codes and standards, and ensure compliance to all process safety standards. Will be responsible for managing process design by licensors/designers, maintaining progress, integrity, quality and accuracy of process design work.
