LAHORE HIGH COURT, LAHORE ORDER ON UTILITY ALLOWANCE
In pursuance of Article 175 (3) regarding separation of Judiciary from executive coupled with Judgment of Horeb. Supreme Court in PLO 1994 SC 105 and observing the principle of equality before law as enshrined in Article 25 of the Constitution of 1,kistan 1973 as also the principle that equals must be treated equally as guaranteed by Article 3 of the Constitution of Pakistan and in exercise of powers conferred by milppara IN of Notification No. Judi-(Homel/89, dated 8.10.1995 of the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab as well as relevarnprovisions of the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016, further compliance with the direction of National Judicial (Policy Making( Committee which mandates to remove the d.parity in salanes and allowances, the lion'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to revise the rate of Utility Allowance in favour of Judicial Officers of the Punjab Judicial Service and staff of District Judiciary in the Punjab (Sessions 8, Civil Cou. in Punjab and Small Claims & Minor Offences Court. Lahore) w.e.f 01.12.2019 as per follounng criteria,
