Applications are invited for admission in the following 4-year degree programmes:
B.Sc. (Engg.) Chemical Engineering (Regular and Self-Supporting Programmes) B.Sc. (Engg.) ELIGIBILITY

? Must be domiciled in Punjab ? Must have appeared in the Combined Pre-Admission Entry Test conducted by the University of Engineering and Technology (U.E.T.) Lahore, for the year 2019. The Test is mandatory for admission and will carry 30% weightage for determining merit. ? Must have passed examination in year 2017, 2018 & Spring 2019 obtaining at least 60% marks: • F Sc. (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent [The candidate applying on the basis of A-level qualification must submit both 0-level and A-level Equivalence Certificates from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad]. OR • Relevant Diploma of Associate Engineer from the Board of Technical Education in Chemical Technology / Chemical Processing Technology / Chemical Technology with specialization in Sugar / Petroleum Technology / Petrochemical / Metallurgy & Welding / Foundry & Pattern Making / Electrical Technology / Electronics. (only for specified seats) ? Must not be above 24 years of age (F.Sc. / DAE Basis) on 16th September, 2019. ? The Faculty of Engineering &Technology will ACCEPT and consider VALID Certified Result Card of Combined Entry Test 2019 issued by U.E.T. for the determination of academic merit for the above-mentioned admission on F.Sc./ Diploma (DAE) basis in Regular Programme / Self-Supporting Programme against Open Academic Merit seats as well as all categories of reserved seats EXCEPT for the Nominees of Provincial Government/Federal Government/GHQ, and those reserved for Foreign Students. The Entry Test marks will carry 30 percent weightage and the merit will be determined based on 70-30 formula for the said admission. Candidate not appearing in the above-mentioned Entry Test will be considered ineligible for admission.

How to Apply

• Online Admission Forms are available at http://admissions.pu.edu.pk, http://111.68.103.22/admissions • The portal for online submission will remain open from Thursday, 05-09-2019 to Monday,16-09-2019 (9:00pm) and all the candidates are required to fill in and submit this form online till the given time. Then, he/she has to take its print out and submit its hard copy (generated online) along with the fee deposited challan of Rs. 500/- per application/form for each programme with all relevant documents etc., through postal service/courier service to the, Admission Cell, Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Quaid-e-Azam Campus (New Campus), Lahore till Friday , 20-09-2019 (5:00 pm). • Those candidates, who want to apply for admission against reserved seats and Self-Supporting Programme, need to apply separately. The challan amount may be deposited by the candidates in the following Habib Bank, Limited (HBL) or United Bank Limited (UBL) accounts:-Habib Bank Account No. 0042-7900-0843-03, United Bank Account No.2255-9255-1 (MCA) Admission form will be accepted by surface mail (by post) only. No form will be accepted by "hand". Incomplete application form in any respect will not be entertained. Prospectus and schedule of admission (merit lists etc.) will be available online at the website. (Admission Forms are NOT available at the institute).
APPLICATION SHALL NOT BE RECEIVED THROUGH ANY MEANS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION.
