Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) Session 2020-2021
University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites applications, on prescribed application form, from eligible candidates for admission to the 2-year Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) programme:
Eligibility
Entrance Test
1. The candidate must possess one of the following qualifications or an equivalent degree from a recognized university or accrediting body: MBBS/BDS/Pharm.DJBSc(Nursing)/DVM/Master's degree in relevant subject such as Anthropology, Business Administration, Economics, Human Nutrition, Microbiology, Physiology, Psychology, Public Health Engineering, Sociology, Statistics/Biostatistics and Zoology. 2. Minimum 3-year full time work experience (after internship in public health-related fields). 3. The candidate has appeared in the EntranceTest to be held on 14th February, 2020.
(A) Application Process
1. It shall be mandatory for candidate to appear in the Entrance Test to be held on 14th February, 2020 at 03:00 P.M. at Examination Halls, UHS. The test shall consist of 100 multiple choice question (MCQs). 2. The candidates must reach the University one hour prior to the start of Entrance Test for on-the-spot registration.
1. The candidate is required to fill an online application form available at UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk. 2. Before applying online, the candidate must deposit a process fee of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) through Bank Challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch Lahore (A/C it 1711-6) or get a Pay Order/Demand Draft in the name of Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. The candidate shall enter the number of his/her bank challan/DD/PO in his/her online application form. 3. The applicant must fill the forms carefully. He/she is required to complete the application by entering correct information. After completely filling the application, the candidate must review the information entered by him/her. Before submission, the candidate shall be able to edit his/her information. Once the application is submitted, the candidate shall not be allowed to edit it. 4. The candidate should get a print of the online filled application form by clicking 'Download & Print" button. If the facility of downloading and printing is not available at that time, the candidate can access his/her application any other time by clicking "Search" Button. 5. The print out of filled application form, alongwith the attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, Original fee deposit receipt/DD/PO, and passport size colored photographs, must reach the office of the Director Admin & Coord, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore-Pakistan, by post or by hand, on or before 10th February, 2020, during working hours. 6. It shall be mandatory for the candidate to complete both phases of Application Submission, i.e., online and manual. Mere submission of online application shall not be considered valid for candidature.

1. Applications received after due date or with incomplete information shall be rejected. 2. Admission shall be granted on open merit basis only. 3. Those in service and applicants desirous to attend the course on deputation basis must apply through proper channel. 4. Those having foreign qualifications are required to submit HEC/PMDC equivalence certificate.
