Qualification:

M88S and Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Management. Public Health Management or equivalent qualification. =Overall 15-20years experience in hospital management. the ideal incumbent should have proven record of planning, managing andcontrolling large scale hospitals. He is expected to be a visionary, with a capacity to propose and implement operating growth strategies and to provide guidance and direction to his team:this is a leadership position and the candidate is expected to show credible and positive attitude, drive. commitment emotional stability and ability to interact with diverse, professionally qualified and experienced human resource. The individual should have minimum 10 years of experience asteputy Commandant /Additional MS or Commandant / MS or Ccosmandant" of a large hospital preferably retired from Army Medical Corps as 'Colonel or Brigadier'. However, seasoned and professionally strong civilians can also apply who have the capacity to run the hospital administrativety and operationally in befitting manners. This position requires vision, team building strong administratie, coordinating mansgement abilities, emotional stability and acumen, with a forward looking and result oriented approach. The Candidate should have flair and competence to deal with regulatory bodies and Government relevant department also.
