We offer negotiable market-based remuneration commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Suitable candidate will have relevant experience especial), in fonntietrig andexeoAing corporate best practices of HR in welknown local and multinational companies. Preference will be given to candidates who have acquired diverse HR policy making exposure for known corporate entities at leading HR consuttancies. Persons already serving as Heads of HR departments will have a definite advantage. Former officers of armed forces are also encouraged to apply. Aminimum of 15 years of experience at Manager and above level is required. Candidates should have minimum MBA degree from a well-recognized institution. Additional professional qualifications/courses related to HR will be advantageous.
