U Microfinance Bank is looking to recruit a senior resource for the position of "Chief Human Resource Officer". The primary responsibility of the position is to run & manage the overall Human Resource function of the bank. in addition, the incumbent will also be required to develop & execute organization wide people strategy in line with the growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Personnel Management. • To run the Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development and HR Operations. • Oversee the design and pilot of people strategies and policies across HR functional areas (e.g. manpower, recruitment, mobility, talent development, rewards, performance management, digitization of HR function etc.) • Review HR related policies and their effectiveness to ensure organizational goals are met. • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Effective resource planning. • Design, develop and oversee learning mindset in the organization.
Requirements
• The candidate must have a Masters degree from a reputable local or international university. • The candidate should have atleast 15-18 years of experience in the field of HR with the last role at the top of HR department. • The candidate must have worked in banking sector for a minimum of 5-8 years and should have an experience of handling the board of directors.
