The Company operates through its deep rooted and national footprint of 51 branches with Head Office in Karachi. As a part of organizational transformation and to strengthen its human resource base, HBFC is looking for high caliber and dynamic professional for the following contractual positions.
1. Vice President/Regional Head - Karachi
Key Responsibilities: • Providing a challenging and stimulating environment for branches through delivering quality leadership to the Managers • Developing and implementing business plan as per strategic objectives of Company • Incorporating a culture of accountability across the region by adopting a strong team centric management style • Monitoring performance, meeting regularly with direct reports to discuss progress and barriers to performance success • Supporting the business development efforts of branches by role modeling and meeting with stakeholders • Building and maintaining a culture aligned with Company's values of highest level of transparency, integrity and strong ethics • Ensuring implementation of compliance of internal and regulatory policies at all levels • Helping in execution of marketing campaigns for existing and new products • Coordinating with stakeholders & management in integrating business processes throughout the organization Competencies • Excellent leadership skills • Extensive relationship building and networking skills • Sound decision making/analytical/problem solving skills • Thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory environment • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
2. Assistant Manager, Procurement - Karachi
Key Responsibilities: • Managing procurement of goods and services in accordance with PPRA rules • Planning and implementing overall procurement strategy • Preparing EOls, RFPs and Bid documents • Evaluating bids for award of contract etc • Preparing SOPs and documents to maximize efficiency of procurement cycle • Implementing necessary controls ensuring cost effectiveness and soundness of procurement

Qualification

Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institutions

Compensation

Market based compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to the selected candidate
