Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan with global market presence and branches in all parts of the country. The Bank invites applications from professionals with proven track record and capacity for the following two positions in the International, Financial Institutions and Remittance Group (IFI&RG): 1. Divisional Head - International Business Strategy 2. Divisional Head - Governance & Control
Divisional Head-International Business Strategy Divisional Head International Business Strategy will be responsible for preparing the business strategy of the institution for its overseas operation, whilst maintaining compliance with the local and international banking regulatory framework. The incumbent will effectively manage the growth of International Business by designing appropriate strategies for the various countries so as to gain centralized control of key decisions while maintaining flexibility at the local level. The ideal candidate must have a University Degree preferably MBA (Banking & Finance) from HEC recognized University / Institute or equivalent local/foreign qualification with minimum 15 years banking experience, preferably with minimum 3 years of overseas experience. Divisional Head -Governance & Control: Divisional Head Governance & Control will be primarily responsible for managing all administrative, human resource, logistic and operational needs pertaining to overseas Branches / Subsidiaries / Offices. This may, inter-alia, include staffing, setting internal controls, supervising compliance, oversee and monitor the implementation of policies / regulations, managing Audits of Overseas Operations. The ideal candidate must possess a University Degree preferably MBA (Banking & Finance) from NEC recognized University / Institute or equivalent local/foreign qualification with minimum 15 years banking experience, preferably with 3 years of overseas experience.
