RE EXAMINATION OF 78 DISMISSED POLICE CONSTABLES OF SPECIAL BRANCH HYDERABAD IN THE LIGHT OF HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN ORDER DATED 26.12.2016.
Applications are invited from the 78 dismissed Police Constables of Special Branch Hyderabad, who were appointed during the years 2012 to 2015 and dismissed from service being appointed through irregular process as pointed out by the enquiry committee constituted on the orders of Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 23.12.2015 in HRC 16082-S of 2015. The candidates must have domicile of Sindh Province and qualify following standard: a. Age: 18 to 28 at the time of their initial appointment in special Branch Hyderabad. b. Qualification: Metric from any Board of Secondary Education of Sindh Province. c. Physical standard: Height 5 feet & 5 inch (minimum) Chest Minimum 33-341/2. Note: i. No relaxation granted to candidates in age and physical standard. ii. If the candidate selected for either in test/interview, he shall not be entitled to allow TA/DA. iii. Physical test: Running 1600 meters in 7 minutes. iv. Those candidates who claim of injury during service and medical problem shall be granted relaxation in physical test on the recommendation of a medical board. HOW TO APPLY: • Please download the Application Form and Deposit Slip from PTS Website: www.pts.org.pk Pay the prescribed test fee in any of the country wide online branches of HBL and UBL and fill up the Application Form property. • Please send the filled-up Application Form along with paid copy of the PTS Deposit Slip in original to PTS Headquarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad. • Application processing fee of Rs. 290/- (non-refundable) for physical part is required to be deposited in PTS account. However, Rs. 50/- will be deposited separately.
• Candidate should attach his copy of appointment and dismissal order along with copy of domicile / PRC and Matriculation Certificate. • No other dismissed police personnel shaft be eligible to submit application in this re-examination process. • PTS shall not be held responsible for late delivery of application forms through post / courier services • Application Forms improperly filled-up, incomplete, without paid copy of deposit slip, "hand written post where' option for selection of post is already available and submitted by hand will not be entertained. • The actual verification of original certificates will only be done in respect of candidates who are called for "Interview" and any applicant having made an incorrect/false declaration shall stand disqualified automatically at any stage. • Incomplete application shall not be entertained. • Candidates qualified in physical test shall only be called for written lest by PTS. Test venue and date shall be communicated separately. • Date, time & venue of all tests shall also be intimated later through letters, SMS add website from PTS. • Candidates who do not fulfill the given criteria are advised not to submit application. • Last Date for Submission of Application Form is 31-03-2020. • Application received after Expiry of the Last Date, will not be entertained & shall stand ineligible. NOTE: Please do not attach original educational certificates with the application form at this stage.
