Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd. invites applications for the following posts on lumpsum pay packages on contract basis initially three (03) years for Sr. No. 01 & 02 and one (01) year for Sr. no 03 to 14 (Extendable on satisfactory performance).
1 Post Director (Sales & Marketing) Max Age limit 55 Qualification & Experience BSc/BE (Engineering) from HEC recognized university with a valid PEC registration alongwith minimum 20 years post qualification experience with at least 05 years in leadership role in engineering setup at senior level management position. Applicant having aforesaid qualification plus MBA (Marketing) will be preferred. 2 Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary FCA/ACA, FCMNACMA with minimum 15 years experience in Engineering industry OR MBA Finance from LUMS,IBA, CBA or from Foreign University duly recognized by HEC 3 Project Director (HPP) Nalter - Gilgit Baltistan BSc/BE (Mechanical/Civil Engineering) from HEC recognized university with a valid PEC registration alongwith minimum 20 years post qualification experience in the execution of Hydel Power Projects (10 MW to 50 MW). -Preference will be given to those candidates who have completed HPPs as Project Director. 4 Dy. General Manager (HRD) 50 Master Degree preferably MBA (HRM) from HEC recognized university alongwith minimum 15 years post qualification relevant experience/ Ex Army personnel minimum of the Rank of Lt. Colonel having relevant experience will be preferred 5 Chief Internal Auditor CA / ACMA Finalist (Any top 5 CA firms) alongwith minimum 12-15 years post qualification relevant experience in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry. 6 Sr. Manager (Foundry & Forge Works) BSc / BE (Metallurgy) from HEC recognized university with a valid PEC registration alongwith minimum 15 years post qualification relevant experience in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry. 7 Sr. Manager (Defense Products) BE / BSc Engineering preferably with MBA from HEC recognized university alongwith minimum 15 years post qualification relevant experience in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry. Preference will be given to Officers Retd. from Arm Force equal of Lt. Colonel and above. 8 Manager (Coord) BSc/BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy Engineering) from HEC recognized university with a valid PEC registration alongwith minimum (8-10) years post qualification relevant experience in a Manufacturing Industry. - Applicant having aforesaid qualification plus MBA will be preferred - Retd. Army Officer of the Rank of Lt Colonel will be preferred. 9 Manager (Production Planning & Material Control) BE / BSc Engineering from HEC recognized university alongwith minimum 10 years post qualification relevant experience in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry. 10 Corporate Financial Controller CA/ ACMA Finalist (Any top 5 CA firms) alongwith minimum 10 years post qualification relevant experience in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry. 11 Financial Controller SBUs /AM 45 CA / ACMA (inter) /MBA (Finance) alongwith minimum 05 years post qualification relevant experience in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry. 12 Site Engineer/DM (Gilgit Baltistan Project) BSc / BE (Mechanical) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with a valid PEC registration. -Minimum 10 years post qualification relevant experience. 13 Boiler Engineer/DM BE / BSc Engineering / DAE (Mechanical/Metallurgical) with First class boiler Engineering certificate alongwith minimum 05 years post qualification relevant experience in Boiler Manufacturing, Operation and maintenance in an Engineering Manufacturing Industry. 14 HR Executive (JO) Personnel/Establishment, Recruitment & Selection. Industnal Relation & Estate 28 Master Degree preferably MBA from HEC recognized university alongwith minimum 2 years post qualification relevant experience 15 Supervisors Housing Colony Maintenance50 Retired JC0s/NCOs or equivalent rank from Armed Forces. Ex JCO of Engineering Corps having relevant experience will be preferred Transport Section Retired JC0s/NCOs or equivalent rank from Armed Forces. Ex JCO of EME Corps having relevant experience will be preferred. erms & Conditions:
