Desirable: • PhD Computer System / PhD Networks or related discipline from any HEC recognized university. • Retired Armed Forces personnel (Brig or equivalent) with requisite experience are also eligible to apply Experience • 'we've (1 2)years of experience with at least 7-10 years progressive experience in managerial position in any leading organization. • Experience in development and management of large Networks, ERP systems, CMS and Databases. • Experience in IT Systems implementation, management and operations. • IT Project Management especially Software Development and implementation. • Understanding of local and international data security standards. • Project management. • Leadership and team-building. • Ability to work across teams. • Analytical I technical mindset. • Ability to understand problems and take prompt decisions • Ability to get things done efficiently and effectively. • Demonstrate ability to recruit and retain high quality ICT staff. • Ability to work with multiple priorities / projects at the same time and handle unexpected situations successfully (H Director MC 35--50 Essential: • Master Degree in Business Administration from HEC recognized local / foreign university / institute. Individual having Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Sciences or Engineering (any field of Engineering which is being taught at NUST). Desirable: • Master Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering (any field of Engineering which is being taught at NUST) from HEC recognized local I foreign university / institute. Experience Essential: • 05 Years Industrial experience. Desirable: • 10 Years Industrial experience. • Experience in patenting, licensing and I or formation of spin-out I startup companies should be essential. Essential: • Good Management Skills. • Good Communication Skills. • Leadership capabilities. • Candidate should be experienced at negotiations and demonstrate an ability to interact with industry, funders and the academics community. Desirable: • Candidate should carry a well-rounded approach and view on principals on technology transfer, Commercialization and technology incubation.
