NTDC is a Public Limited Company mandated under its license to manage all the properties, rights and assets, obligations and liabilities of 500 KV and 220 KV Grid Stations and Transmission Lines/ Network. Applications are invited from energetic Et experienced candidates (Citizens of Pakistan) to fill the following positions in NTDCL on one year contract basis (extendable/ to be regularized on satisfactory performance as per NTDCL policy). Assistant Draftsman (BPS-13) 02 Years Post Matric Diploma in CiviVMechanical Technology from any institute affiliated with Board of Technical Education. 18-30 Years. 2. Tracer (BPS-07) Matriculate (or equivalent) qualification with drawing as one of the subject from a recognized board. or Matriculate with a post matric diploma in tracing from a recognized board. 18-30 Years.
Applicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully before filling the relevant prescribed application form available on the NTS website with this advertisement. The application form must be clearly filled as the candidate themselves will be responsible for the consequences of any incorrect information or non-provision of relevant data.
INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
i. Candidates applying on application form for the post available on NTS website will be considered for short listing. They are also advised to fill out the form clearly/ legibly. Photo copies of educational/ experience certificate (s) are not required at this stage. ii. Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee of Rs. 450/- (Rupees Four Hundred Fifty only) on the prescribed slip (to be downloaded with the NTS form) in the online branches of designated banks. iii. Candidates having AutoCAD/ Revit/ Mocrostation/ Civil 3D and having MS office diploma will be preferred. iv. Different quotas such as Employees' Children, Minorities, Disabled etc. will be observed as per policy. v. Candidates who wish to apply against NTDC employee's children quota may indicate it in the relevant box given in the NTS application form. vi. Candidates applying against Employees' Children Quota must ensure to attach all relevant documents mentioned in the application form along with CN1C of father/ mother. They must also provide an affidavit that their brother/ sister or widowed mother is not already employed in NTDC against employees' children quota. vii. All the eligible candidates will be called for written test. viii. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. ix. Candidates, if selected, will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan in the respective NTDC region as applicable. x. Five (05) years age relaxation has been added to the prescribed age limit of above mentioned categories as per Govt. policy. xi. Regular employees of NTDC, who have completed two (02) years continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications are allowed up to ten (10) years relaxation in the prescribed age limit. ii. No TN DA will be allowed to the candidates for Test or Interview. xiii. Candidates applying against Disabled Quota must attach Disability Certificate from Assessment Board for the Disabled persons from City/ District/ Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. xiv. Candidates awaiting their result are not eligible to apply. xv. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information shall be rejected. xvi. Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of interview. xvii. Candidates may contact NTS for any query/ enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centers, results etc. xviii. NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or withhold/ cancel the recruitment process at any stage. xix. Attested copies of C.N.I.0 and two recent passport size photographs of applicant must reach the following address by 15th October, 2018 by courier service/ Pakistan post etc.
