Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following available positions where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:-
Sr. No. 1 Qualification Director Security (equivalent to EG-09) (01 Position on Merit) Contract: 02 Years (Renewable) Pay Scale: 114,405-11,441-343,215 Salary: Rs. 446,331/- per month (approx) i Graduate with minimum 2nd Division from HEC Recognized University/Institute. Any other professional degrees or training/course related to Aviation Security will be added qualification. Experience Minimum 20 years experience in any management cadre with at least 10 years experience of handling security related issues in a large public sector/military/multi-national organization. Surveillance experience in risk/disaster management. Experience in Information Technology and Security Systems. Intelligence related experience. Skills -,1 Strong working knowledge of security related laws and their implementation. s Strong administrative skills such as decision making, planning and organizing abilities. * Knowledge of ICAO Standards and recommended practices pertaining to Aviation Security. Age Sr. No. 2 Qualification Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations). Flight Inspector Pilot (equivalent to EG-07) (03 Positions on Merit) Contract: 02 years (Renewable) (Salary: Rs. 675,0001- Per Month with 5% Annual Increment) '. Graduate. Holding a valid Pakistani ATPL with a current type rating on one of the Commercial/Military Transport Aircraft types registered in Pakistan. Experience Minimum flying experience of 5000 hours including 4000 hours as Pilot in-Command (minimum 2500 Pilot-in-Command hours on Commercial/Military Air Transport Aero Plane). 10 years or more experience in Commercial or Military Air Transport Aero Plane as a Pilot. Must have an adequate experience of working in an Airline or Military Air Transport Organization. Should have held previous appointments either in operational managements, as an Airline Pilot and Designated Examiner, or Training, or as a Military Pilot where equivalent experience in air operations would have been acquired. Knowledge Should have broad knowledge of Air transport Operations, Meteorology and Climatology & auditing techniques. Experience with technical training & flight simulating training devices including visual aids and synthetic training devices. Experience of carrying out statistical analysis of aviation activities and monitoring of airlines' reliability program. Extensive knowledge of Civil Aviation Rules, ANOs. ICAO SARPs and other applicable regulations. Well versed with IT & MS Office application. Knowledge of State Safety Program (SSP) & Safety Management System. Age Sr. No. 3 I Qualification Maximum 62 Years (including all age relaxations). Flight Inspector Helicopter (equivalent to EG-07) (01 Position on Merit) Contract: 02 years (Renewable) Salary: Rs. 450,000/- per month with 5% annual increment Graduate. is? Valid ATPL (Helicopter). Experience 0 Minimum 4000 hours flying experience including at least 3000 hours on helicopter. S 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command on Multiengine Helicopter. 9 OHI/QFI/FI with at least 1000 instructional hours on helicopters. * 10 years operational experience in the Armed Forces or other Aviation Organizations. • Experience in operations management. Knowledge 0 Extensive knowledge of Civil Aviation Rules, ANOs, ICAO SARPs and other applicable regulations. 3 Well versed with IT & MS Office application. 3 Knowledge of State Safety Program (SSP) & Safety Management System. Age Sr. No. 4 Qualification r Maximum 62 Years (including all age relaxations). Assistant Director Air Traffic Control (ATC) (EG-01) (24 Positions) Merit-2, Punjab-11, Bal-01, Sindh (U)-02, Sindh (R)-03, GB/FATA-1, KPK-03, AJK-01 Pay Scale: 42,630 - 4,263 - 127,890 Graduation (Minimum 16 Years of Education) in any discipline with minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC Recognized University with F.Sc/A- Levels (Pre-Engg. background) having minimum 70% marks or equivalent. OR F.Sc/A- Levels (Pre-Engg. background having minimum 70% marks or equivalent) with Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Flight Operations Officer (F00) License. Age Sr. No. 5 Qualification Maximum 28 Years. Air Traffic Control (ATC) Assistant (SG-05) (08 Positions on Merit) Pay Scale: 16,965 - 1,697 - 50,895 i;) FSc (Pre-Engineering) with at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA. Age :=,, Maximum 28 Years.
Application Procedure: (a) Interested candidates are required to fill & submit Online Job Application Form available at www.caapakistan.com.pk by or before 08th December, 2019. (b) For Serial no. 01, 02 & 03, Candidates will be required to upload Detail CV with recent Photograph. The applicants will also be required to send the hard copies of Detailed CV, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, all Educational Documents, and other Certificate(s) (if any) to Additional Director HR (TM), HOCAA,Terminal-I JIAP Karachi. (c) For Serial no. 04 & 05, Candidates will be required to upload Scanned Copies of CNIC and Degree/Certificate of the required qualification of the concerned position only while applying for the job. (d) In case a candidate does not upload the above documents with the online application form, his/her application will be rejected. (e) All the interested candidates must read the Terms of Reference (TOR) mentioned in this advertisement before applying for the post. Terms of Reference i) Age Relaxation will be allowed for the posts mentioned at Serial no. 04 & 05 only as per Federal Govt. rules. The same is available at CAA Website. The shortlisted candidates for the post mentioned at Serial no. 04 & 05 only will have to pay Rs. 250/- i.e. 50% the testing charges for the written test for which intimation will be given beforehand. iii) Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete application shall not be considered. iv) Test/Interview will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates). For posts mentioned at Serial no. 01, 02 & 03 only interviews shall be conducted. v) The candidates to be called for the interview have to produce original documents for necessary verification while appearing for the interview. vi) No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview. vii) Appointment will be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards. viii) Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of CAA. ix) Government servants/employees of autonomous bodies/corporations will be required to submit NOC from current employer before interview.
x) Successful candidates for the posts will be detailed for ab initio training of the trade and will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 2,500.000/- (Two and half Million Rupees) for Assistant Director ATC (EG-01) and Rs.500,000/- (Five Hundred Thousand) for ATC Assistant (SG-05) for serving at least 10 years in Civil Aviation Authority. xi) Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA. even if the candidate is otherwise qualified. xii) In case, any educational documents or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect/fake/bogus at any stage, the services of selected candidate will be terminated immediately and he/she will be blacklisted in future.
